Please read the following terms and conditions which apply to bookings for events and services. These apply to all services except otherwise is stated at the time of booking.

Refunds

Refunds will be given if the event is cancelled. I am unable to accept refund requests less than 5 days before the event. Refunds accepted will be processed within 14 days after the event has taken place. This is because most ticketing companies take up to a week to process payments.

If you purchased a ticket and cannot attend the event anymore, please notify me a least 5 days before the event otherwise I will be unable to refund your ticket.  Once notified I will try to re-sell the ticket or with-hold the ticket for a future event.

Due to the particular nature of my events, the menu, location and time may change with short notice. If this happens, I will inform you as soon as possible by email and/or phone.

I will not be liable to refund ticket price or for any other penalty should the event be canceled due to war, fire, strike, lock-out, industrial action, tempest, accident, civil disturbance or any other cause whatsoever beyond my control.

I do not accept responsibility for any injury to guests caused by others and sustained whilst attending the event.

I do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property belonging to guests. Please take care of your belongings.

Although perfection is expected, I will do my best to curate an enjoyable event, however, please bear with me as I am not in total control of everything especially when cooking in a pop-up, mobile or outdoor space.

Gift tickets

You can buy tickets for yourself or as a gift to be redeemed for an event of the same value.These gift tickets have a validity of 4 months and are non-refundable.

Please try to use them as soon as you can.  Once the date of the event is chosen, the booking will be finalized.
